Drag and Drop

This guide is for users who are currently on ai.thunkable.com and need to access the Drag and Drop platform, or who previously created projects on that platform and cannot find them.

If this does not apply to you, we strongly recommend continuing to use the AI platform, as it is our most advanced environment and provides access to the advanced AI app builder and code.

To get immediate access to the Drag and Drop platform, please follow the steps below:

Where to Find the Drag and Drop Platform

The Drag and Drop platform is available at:

https://x.thunkable.com

Old Drag and Drop account

If you have used the Drag and Drop platform before:

1. Open https://x.thunkable.com on a tab in your browser or click the button: “Go to x.thunkable.com”

2. Sign in.

You should see all of your existing projects there.

New account

To enable access to the Drag and Drop platform with your current account, follow these steps:

1. Open your account settings: https://ai.thunkable.com/account/settings

2. Scroll down.

3. Find the section “Platforms”.

4. Click “Also use Thunkable X”.

Access the AI Platform

To enable access to the AI platform with your account, follow these steps:

1. Open your account settings: https://x.thunkable.com/account/settings

2. Scroll down.

3. Find the section labeled “Platform”

4. Click “Try Thunkable AI”.

Projects cannot be moved between platforms:

AI platform projects cannot be transferred to the Drag and Drop platform.

Drag and Drop platform projects cannot be transferred to the AI platform.
